Dear all:
I have a simple question on the message in automatically generated l-* file:
When I perform optical calculation using Yambo (yambo -o c), I read the following message in l-* file.
<11s> [M 19.838 Gb] Alloc wf_disk ( 0.289)
"[M 19.838 Gb]" seems to mean that Yambo allocates the memory of 19.838 Gb per "CORE".
But, I don't know the meaning of the content in parenthesis, "( 0.289)". What does this mean?
Regards.

Re: question on message in l-* file
Dear Hyungjun Lee,
So you will see along the output the total memory allocated, and in the different step, memory dinamically allocated and deallocated.
Hope it is clear,
Daniele
The 19.838 is the cumulative memory allocated up to that point, the 0.289 is the allocation happened in that stage (i.e. allocation of the wf).<11s> [M 19.838 Gb] Alloc wf_disk ( 0.289)
So you will see along the output the total memory allocated, and in the different step, memory dinamically allocated and deallocated.
Hope it is clear,
Daniele
