Crashing without any errors

Hello,
I'm doing GW calculations and when I ran the code , it crashed and exited without any errors.
I think that could be related to the memory. but the usage of memory was 30% before crash. I'm not sure if I can fix it with parallelization because it crashed when I used even 2 cores.
I have 128 GB memory I thought it's enough :(
Could you please take a look at my input and say if I can do it with this memory?
