too many open files

Hello,
I try to calculate the gw0 QP-energies and I receive the error:
Fortran runtime error: Too many open files
Is there any possibility to find out or to calculate how much files yambo tried to open?
My system has so far the following restrictions:
ulimit -Hn
4096
ulimit -Sn
1024

please post also the standard output in order to see where the code stopped. And as well the outcome of

Actually yambo should not bee writing many files at this stage, there is something strange.
In general it is better you upload a .tar.gz files with all the files of interest as it is easier to read them.
