I would like to know if yambo can calculate the Bethe-Salpeter for q \= 0.

Dear Alejandro,
it was implemented years ago, but it is not there anymore. If you are interested at finite momentum eels I'm afraid you have to make do with the RPA approximation, at least for the time being.
