Availability of spin-polarized calculations?

Post by faerie » Sat Jul 14, 2012 5:02 am

Dear everyone,

first, I'd like to apologize if an up-to-date answer to this question is available and I've failed to find it. Namely, can yambo be used together with spin-polarized PWscf calculations? The homepage FAQ tells that this feature is not included in the GPL version but some posts on this forum have made me doubt whether this information is up-to-date or not.

Thank you in advance,

Mari

Dear Mari,
the availability of the spin polarized features it is not yet in the gpl version,
anyway we are planning to release it soon and we will announce it in the
web site. Unfortunately I still cannot give you a date for the release, but it
should be soon.

Cheers,

Daniele
