The exciton phonon yambo for 2D magnet

Post by claudio » Sat Mar 01, 2025 11:27 am

Dear Dr. Claudio
I hope this email finds you well. I have followed the link https://wiki.yambo-code.eu/wiki/index.p ... minescence you have posted on line, however, there is an error about wrong k-q corresponse for my CrSBr case in the excph calculation. The CrSBr is a 2D magnet, so I just want to know wether the preliminary version of the code support the noncolin and lspinorb calculations? looking forward to hearing back from you.
Best wishes
Dr. Ru (from my email, Claudio)

Dear Dr. Ru

regarding the k-q problem if you post your inputs I can check the problem
regarding the support for non-collinnear/spinorbit calculations, I think the code was never tested on these systems,
no idea if it works.
Anyway a better implementation will be released soon, based on the https://github.com/yambo-code/LetzElPhC library
that will support these systems

with best regards
