Calculatind recombination rate/ radioactive lifetime

Dear Yambo Developers and Users,
I am having some issues understanding how to find the recombination rate. As per https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevB.100.075135 the radiactive rate for 2D is given by r_s(0) = (e^2*p_s^2)/(\epsilon_0*m^2*c*A*E_s(0)). Here, are the transition dipoles given by p_s = Maximum_Residual_Value*Stength (which are obtained in exc_qpt1_E_sorted file)? Also, what are the units of maximum residual values?
Looking forward for the reply. Thank you in advance.

Ponnappa K. P.
