is there currently a plan to implement the TDDFT Bootstrap Kernel suggested by Sharma et al. (Phys. Rev. Lett. 107, 186401)?

actually this is not in the development plan, but it should be not difficult to implement and if there is interest I will propose it in the next development meeting.
