Yambo-py Readme first

Before posting on this subforum:
If you encounter issues using yambopy, please make the following checks before posting on this subforum.
(1) Make sure that the problem is related to the yambopy code: e.g., a python error message relative to the yambopy modules.
(2) Make sure that you have the supported version of yambopy, which has to be installed via "pip install yambopy" or downloaded here.
(3) If you are finding issues in the release downloaded from the pip repository, you can try the installation from the latest patch, where your problem may have already been solved.
After steps (1), (2) and (3) are completed, feel free to report any issues you encounter.
