Yambo-py Readme first

Before posting on this subforum:
If you encounter issues using yambopy, please make the following checks before posting on this subforum.
(1) Make sure that you have the supported version of yambopy, which has to be downloaded here.
(2) In order to check that your local installation is up-to-date, just type "git pull" in the yambopy repository, then rerun the setup and try again what you were doing.
(3) If the problem persists, make sure that it is related to the yambopy code: e.g., a python error message relative to the yambopy modules.
After steps (1), (2) and (3) are completed, feel free to report any issues you encounter.
