netcdf recovery error

Dear all,
Recently, I suffered some malfunctioning in my HPC system, due to which I anticipate some of the input files and ns.db1 files might have corrupted. A typical yambo -D now shows:
[ERROR] File ./SAVE//ns.db1; Variable WFC_GRID; Input/output error
I tried to open the .db1 files, and fortunately it opened but the last few lines are like:
35084, 35085, 35092, 35093, 35106, 35107, 35108, 35109, 35116, 35117,
35124, 35125, 35178, 35179, 35180, 35181, 35188, 35189, 35196, 35197,
35204, 35205, 35212, 35213, 35228, 35229, 35264, 35265, 35272, 35273,
35312, 35313, 35320, 35321, 35384, 35385, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1,
-1, -1, -1, -1, -1,
Input/output error
Location: file ../../ncdump/vardata.c; line 473
Please tell this can be fixed?
The yambo version I was playing with is 4.3.2
