Dear Developers,
In the real time simulation there is an output file output.carriers in which 3rd and 4th column is written as
dN_hole and dN_elec . For each column the calculation gives some numbers. I did not find the units for dN_elec (the electron generated due to pump). Any help in this regard will be appreciated

# Time[fs] d(N_hole-N_elec) dN_hole dN_elec

I did not find the units for dN_elec

it is the number of electrons in the unit cell.
If you want to convert it into a density you just need to divide by the unit cell volume.
