ncio_spx_get: Assertion `extent < 2147483647' failed

Dear all,

I am using ypp_ph to generate elph databases, but I get this netcdf error.

"ypp_ph: posixio.c ncio_spx_get: Assertion `extent < 2147483647' failed."

Do you know if there is a way to overcome this problem?
