Thanks but note I am pretty sure I know how to work around those issues (by getting the order right and using "make clean" at some key moments).

I just think those issues are worth fixing, that's why I am reporting them in the first place. That and the fact that we use a tool to perform the installations automatically, so having to use workaround is always a pain and seldom future-proof.

Yes. In the compilation of yambo_ph mysteriously many folders are not compiled at all.

Most probably there is an incompatibility between some of the Makefile commands and the specific machine environment.

To solve this issue we do need a temporary access to the machine.

If you can grant us a limited access to the compilation node we can solve the problem quickly.
