could you try to run also the QE part in your pc.
I download your tar and did everything from the beginning in my pc and everything went well. I was not able to reproduce your error

Dear Zaabar,
It is also possibile you have something odd in the compilaton , in particular the libxc part. If you post your config.log file we will have a look.
