em1s is static inverse dielectric matrix, em1d is dynamical inverse dielectric matrix.
Can I use ndb.em1s for the GW calculations?

Dear Yang,
for GW you need to compute the dynamical screening.
You cannot use the ndb.em1s database which only contains the screening at w=0
