Issue when compiling with "make all"

Having trouble compiling the Yambo source? Using an unusual architecture? Problems with the "configure" script? Problems in GPU architectures? This is the place to look.

Dear Rémi

I can ask access to this machine for testing porpouse and help you in the compilation,
I will check how to do it

Thanks but note I am pretty sure I know how to work around those issues (by getting the order right and using "make clean" at some key moments).

I just think those issues are worth fixing, that's why I am reporting them in the first place. That and the fact that we use a tool to perform the installations automatically, so having to use workaround is always a pain and seldom future-proof.

Hello,
remi.lacroix wrote: Mon Feb 08, 2021 1:50 pm Ok, here are all the requested files (note that some paths were partially redacted for security reasons).
Have you been able to figure something out using those logs?

Yes. In the compilation of yambo_ph mysteriously many folders are not compiled at all.

Most probably there is an incompatibility between some of the Makefile commands and the specific machine environment.

To solve this issue we do need a temporary access to the machine.

If you can grant us a limited access to the compilation node we can solve the problem quickly.
