yambo running on different nodes ?

Post by vitoversace » Sun Oct 05, 2014 1:18 am

Hi there,

Is it possible to run the gpl version of yambo-3.4.1 on some nodes at the same time ?
If yes, for that should i add this line --enable-open-mp to the ./configure line ?

Dear Vito,
you can run yambo on different nodes, using MPI, so what you need is simply to compile the code in parallel.
open-mp features, are under development, you can have a look to this post.
