calculation of em1s/d/x in a separate run

Dear Sir,
I'm getting this error while doing SHG calculation at G0W0-BSE level.

P8: [ERROR] STOP signal received while in[04.01] Setup: observables and procedures
P8: [ERROR] Please run the calculation of em1s/d/x in a separate run

So, I did comment out em1s (#em1s) from SHG input, after that SHG calculation is running fine. But i'm not sure if the screening (that's been calculated at collisions step) is considered in SHG calculation step. I have attached inputs, log and report of both the instances. Please check if the screening is being considered in SHG calculation or not, and if these is the right way fwd?

Dear Sir,
I tried the tutorial and it's working fine. But I am facing this problem while calcualting SHG over QP corrections for a certain material,

<05s> P2: E<SAVE/ndb.QP[ PPA@E 27.21138 * XG 143 * Xb 1-30 * Scb 1-40]


<06s> P2: [dE_from_DB-Nearest K] Exact matches : 100.0000 [o/o]
P2: [ERROR] STOP signal received while in[05.01] External/Internal QP corrections
P2: [ERROR] Writing File ./04_SHG_hsex//ndb.QP_interpolated; Variable NOT DEFINED; Permission denied

It considered QP corrections while calculating collisions but with SHG it's having this issue.
Attached - log, report, and inputs of collisions and shg.

Update: actually its working when keeping mpirun -np 25. in collision I have used 29 but for SHG I'm using 25 cores (bcz using 29 was giving error listed above) , I hope this doesn't produce any discrepancy in results.
