An error occurred submitting the post

I always get this prompt when I submit a post in the afternoon, but when I randomly type a few letters to submit, I can submit successfully, I'm sorry for the irrelevant problems I submitted when I tested the post. Is the reason for this error related to my computer or network? Or some other problem?

I appreciate any guidance and tutorial on that!

I just tried to put my question in the form of pictures in the attachment, and successfully submitted it. Is there any word limit or language vocabulary requirement? Although this has not been an issue in my previous posts.
